3. Ordering Process

3.1 Order Acceptance

Your order represents an offer to purchase which we accept by sending a confirmation email. All orders are carefully prepared at our Syracuse atelier within 1-2 business days.

4. Shipping Policy

4.1 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to serve our global clientele:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Delivery to some Asian and remote regions may not be available.

4.2 Delivery Expectations

While we provide estimated delivery times, customs processing may cause delays. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items if:

• In original, unworn condition
• All tags attached
• Original packaging included

Final sale items: Made-to-measure suit separates, monogrammed dress shirts, and houndstooth walking suits cannot be returned.

5.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Await our return authorization (1-2 business days)
3. Ship the item securely with all original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error.
