Order Processing

All orders are carefully prepared at our Syracuse atelier within 1-2 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to accommodate our global clientele:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    – Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    – Delivery timeframe: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    – Available worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions)
  • Free Shipping:
    – Carrier: EMS
    – Delivery timeframe: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    – Available on orders over $50

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing in your country. Some remote locations may experience additional delays.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they meet the following criteria:

  • In original, unworn condition
  • All tags attached
  • Original packaging included

Final Sale Items

Due to their bespoke nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Made-to-measure suit separates
  • Monogrammed dress shirts
  • Houndstooth walking suits

These premium items are considered final sale at time of purchase.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit Request

    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • For exchanges: specify desired replacement item
  2. Await Authorization
    Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship Your Return
    Package the item securely with all original packaging and tags. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Inspection & Processing
    Upon receipt, our quality assurance team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days.

Exchange Process

For size or color exchanges on eligible items:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly specify your desired replacement item in your email
  3. We’ll ship your new item once the return is approved

For exchanges, we cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend:
