Eligibility & Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in our collection, provided they are:
- In original, unworn condition
- With all tags attached
- In the original packaging
Note on Final Sale Items: Certain premium items including made-to-measure suit separates, monogrammed dress shirts, and houndstooth walking suits are considered final sale due to their bespoke nature and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Submit Request: Email our Syracuse atelier at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of delivery.
- Await Authorization: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide return instructions.
- Ship Your Return: Package the item securely with all original packaging and tags. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Inspection & Processing: Upon receipt, our quality assurance team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days.
Exchange Process
For exchanges of size or color on eligible items:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Specify your desired replacement item in your email
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is approved
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.
