Eligibility & Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in our collection, provided they are:

  • In original, unworn condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Note on Final Sale Items: Certain premium items including made-to-measure suit separates, monogrammed dress shirts, and houndstooth walking suits are considered final sale due to their bespoke nature and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit Request: Email our Syracuse atelier at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Await Authorization: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship Your Return: Package the item securely with all original packaging and tags. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Upon receipt, our quality assurance team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days.

Exchange Process

For exchanges of size or color on eligible items:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Specify your desired replacement item in your email
  3. We’ll ship your new item once the return is approved

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.
